Oh man this looks frigging fantastic.....
The trailer for the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie is out, and it looks like Johnny Depp is having the time of his life playing Willy Wonka. I cant wait to see this when it comes out. 2005 looks like a good year for movies, with this coming out in July, and the Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy movie coming out in "summer" time.
Oh, and Star Wars. Yeah, it will break out hearts, and suck terribly, but its like the woman who suffers from domestic violenece but still stays with her husband - he only hurts us because he loves us.

lol, love the star wars comment. oh its painful but we can't stop watching, transfixed by the horrible awfulness of the dialogue.
and the extended verison of the final lord of the rings is out somewhere around now. can't wait to see it the day after christmas, lounging on my parents big blue leather couches with surround sound. i am a spoiled suburban.

Now come on Digs, you know that buying pirate DVD's makes little baby jesus cry.....
They would want you to think that wouldn't they now. He probably is more sad that capitalist fat cats charge you S$40 for a DVD when the unit cost is less than S$1.
I don't feel bad for one minute; if the prices were reasonable then there would be no incentive to buy either these DVDs or download music for that matter.
I laugh when the media laments its eroding profit margins; shame on them!
if its the extended version, i'm willing to risk the fine.
