Getting My Wok On

I bought this bad boy back from Australia and it's seen some pretty decent action. On the menu tonight: a fairly decent attempt at Laksa, Aussie-Malaysian style. Pictured: Bok Choi in Oyster sauce.

    Thanks for the link you bastard but how about a link to a recipe instead??? I have a phat wok here in Bahrain and it totally needs laksaing.

    Speaking of the link, it suggests that we are supposed to "search tirelessly for the definitive bowl". Well I have certainly found that!

    Fly to Singapore now, then catch a taxi to the Katong area and ask to be taken to 49 Katong Laksa. Have the $5 bowl (the biggest) because you will need it. Katong Laksa is the number one, bestest laksa in the world, anywhere, ever. Khalas.
